R&B was referred to me by another heating contractor who was too busy to help me. I’m glad they were too busy because I am very happy with R&B. Brandon, their technician, was very thorough, inspecting my 2 furnaces and air conditioning system. He found a problem with the drainage pipe on one of my furnaces and fixed it. The air conditioning unit required new wires, since a mouse had nested inside and chewed up all the wires. Brandon was not only thorough but was very polite and a pleasure having in our home.
